Australian bush herbs and spices carry that distinctive taste and aroma of the Australian Bush. Participants will see, smell and taste some subtle flavours, and some strong. They will learn of some fantastic native garden initiatives that are happening in remote Aboriginal communities and how simple it is to include such local foods in our modern diet. The native ingredients on offer are disguised in modern recipes, such as lemon myrtle cake and chocolate river mint cake that participants will find delicious.
