The electorate of Pearce is one of the most diverse in the country. Pearce stretches as far north as Lancelin on the coast and as far south as Beverley in the central Wheatbelt.
Covering more than 13,000sq km the electorate includes the northern suburbs of Quinns Rocks, Yanchep and Two Rocks; the rural centres of Gingin, Toodyay, Bindoon, Northam and York and the unique east metropolitan regions of the Darling Ranges and the Swan Valley.
The town of Coondle in the Shire of Toodyay and the town of Bally Bally in the Shire of Beverley will receive new mobile base stations to improve mobile coverage under Round 2 of the Australian Government’s Mobile Black Spot Program, Federal Member for Pearce, Christian Porter announced today.
Every pre-schooler in Pearce will have the opportunity to learn a foreign language as the Liberal Government announced that applications for the popular Early Learning Languages Australia (ELLA) program were now open.
